Product availability
All orders are subject to the availability of the product, which will be indicated in most cases on the page itself. If there is a stock shortage or any other problem related to the impossibility of supplying the order, the company undertakes to communicate within 48 hours the unavailability of the product, and reserves the right to provide information about a solution under the future availability of the product, proposing an alternative product of quality and value equal or superior to that requested or providing a promotional code for the amount of your purchase valid for 2 months.
Withdrawal of products from the online store
The company reserves the right to remove, modify, change any type of product, material, or content of the store, thus limiting any liability to a customer or third party for carrying out such actions on the website.
Price
The price of the products will be the price stipulated at all times in our electronic store. The prices shown include VAT, but do not include shipping costs. The prices will be subject to the internal policy of changes that allow any modification in this regard without affecting those orders that have been confirmed, but has not been processed for shipment.
Delivery
The company undertakes to deliver those products related to an order placed within the period indicated in the order confirmation. If the delivery date is not indicated due to extraordinary reasons, such as stock shortage, errors in the order, place of delivery, internal errors, the company will inform the customer, within a maximum period of 72 hours, to report the situation, and thus solve the problem in the most favorable way for the customer.
In case of impossibility in the conclusion of the delivery of the product, the company undertakes within a maximum period of 20 days to reimburse the amount paid.
Impossibility of delivery
If for reasons attributable to the buyer (e.g. absence at the place of delivery, incorrect addresses etc.) it is not possible to deliver the product, we will contact you by the means provided, to provide the necessary information to carry out the collection of the order.
Shipping
For shipments in the Peninsula, orders will be delivered within 8 working days, once payment has been verified and provided that the selected item is available.
Orders will be effective on the same day as long as they are placed before 14:00. (Orders placed after that time will be shipped the following day).
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, there will be no departure or delivery of orders.
Rocio Fernandez Cotta is not responsible for delays in the delivery of orders due to causes beyond our company’s control.

Return
To return an order, you must be informed and approved by the customer service department and the quality department.
To return a product, it must be in the same packaging, as you received it and in perfect condition.
Rocio Fernandez Cotta offers the possibility to pick up the return at your home, at the customer’s or consumer’s expense. Once the product is received, our quality department will check and corroborate the reason for the return.

Payment methods
Payments by Paypal and TPV will be accepted. The company reserves the right to take the data of the customer’s card for the realization of an order, and undertakes not to make any use with them that may harm the customer. Value added tax
In accordance with current regulations, all purchases made through the website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), except those destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, in which case the taxes applicable to those territories will be applied.
Passing of risk and ownership
The risks of the Products shall pass to you upon delivery. You will acquire ownership of the Product(s) when we receive payment in full of all amounts due in respect of the Product(s), including delivery charges, or at the time of delivery, whichever is later. For the purposes of these Conditions, “delivery” shall be deemed to have occurred or the product(s) to have been “delivered” at the time of signing for receipt of the product(s) at the agreed delivery address.

Applicable law requires that some of the information or communications we send to you be in writing. By using this e-Shop, you agree that we may exchange electronic communications. We will contact You by e-mail or provide You with information by posting notices in the E-Shop. Cancellations
