If you want to return your item, please send it or the items you don't want to our address along with the order number or name under which the order was placed.

Once the product has been received at our warehouses and its condition has been verified, a refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days after the product is received in our store.

You can return the product within 30 days of receiving it. Any costs incurred due to cancellation or return of orders (shipping costs, etc.) will be borne by the customer.

If the purchased product(s) are in stock, they will be shipped on the same day or the next day (if it's a business day) after they are placed, depending on the volume of orders received on that date and the time of the order.

Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day and will have an additional 24-hour delivery time.

Once the product leaves our store, delivery will take 24-72 hours (within the Peninsula). This time may be longer during sales, Black Friday, or special promotions. The user is not entitled to claim compensation for this delay.

If the product is purchased by reservation, the delivery time may be up to 20 days since the garment must be manufactured.

If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, we will not ship it until we receive the products we had to manufacture. In other words, we ship everything at once in a single package. If you would like the in-stock items shipped first, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the second package.

If your shipment is destined for a country outside the European Union, it may be subject to duties, taxes, or other charges due to local and/or customs laws. ROCÍO FERNÁNDEZ-COTTA will be responsible for delivering it, but we will not be responsible for any customs fees or local taxes.

The person to whom the order is addressed will always be responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the order (even if it is rejected).

It is also possible that, for customs reasons, the order may be delayed.

For international shipments, the delivery time is 5 to 10 days depending on the destination country. If the order includes an item on backorder, the transit time indicated here must be added to the estimated processing time.
