🛒 PURCHASE CONFIRMATION

Once payment has been made , you will receive a confirmation email along with your order number.

If you don't receive it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

🚚 DELIVERY TIMES

📦 Products in stock

Orders will ship the same or next business day, depending on order volume and time of purchase.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the following business day, which may increase the processing time by up to 24 hours.

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 24 to 72 hours (Peninsula only).

📅 Products by reservation

If you purchase a pre-order product, the delivery time may be up to 20 days , as the garment must be manufactured.

📦 Mixed orders (stock + reserve)

They will be sent in a single package when all products are available.

If you wish to receive in-stock products first, you will be responsible for the cost of the second shipment.

🌍 International Shipping

Deliveries in 5 to 10 business days , depending on the country.

If the order includes items on reserve, this period will be added to the manufacturing time.

Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees or local taxes not covered by ROCÍO FERNÁNDEZ-COTTA.

The recipient will be responsible for all costs associated with the import, even if the order is rejected.

Delays may occur due to customs procedures.

During periods of high demand (sales, Black Friday, etc.), delivery times may be extended without the right to claim compensation or indemnity.

🔁 EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

🧾 General conditions

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Exchanges or returns of used or damaged products are not accepted.

OUTLET items cannot be exchanged or returned.

In this case, ROCÍO FERNÁNDEZ-COTTA assumes the transportation costs .

⏳ DEADLINE FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days from delivery (or in-store pickup) to request a return or exchange.

After this period, ROCÍO FERNÁNDEZ-COTTA reserves the right to reject the application.

📌 PROCEDURE

refund of the amount using the same payment method, within a maximum period of 14 days .
new purchase with the desired item(s).

Original shipping costs are not refundable, except in the case of defects or manufacturing defects. In this case, the costs will be borne by ROCÍO FERNÁNDEZ-COTTA.

2. RETURNS

refund of the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 days , using the same payment method.

Shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
