All orders are subject to product availability, which is indicated on the website. If there is a stockout or a supply problem, we promise to notify you within 48 hours.

The company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or change any product or content from the store, without assuming liability to the customer or third parties.

Price

Prices are those listed in the online store at the time of purchase. They include VAT, but do not include shipping costs.

Prices may be changed at any time, without affecting already confirmed orders (even if they have not been shipped).

The company reserves the right to modify or apply offers at any time.

Delivery

We are committed to delivering products within the timeframe indicated in the order confirmation. If a delivery date is not specified due to reasons such as stockouts, errors, or delivery issues, the customer will be informed within a maximum of 72 hours to find the best solution.

In the event of non-delivery, we will refund the amount paid within a maximum of 20 days.

Impossibility of delivery

If the product cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the buyer (absence, incorrect address, etc.), we will contact you to provide collection instructions.

Shipping

For shipments within the Peninsula:

Delivery time: up to 8 business days (from payment confirmation)

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day. After that time, they are processed the following day.

There are no shipments or deliveries on weekends or holidays.

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Returns

Returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Service and Quality Department. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

We can collect the return from your home; the cost is the customer's responsibility. Our quality department will verify the reason once we receive the product.

Payment methods

Payments are accepted via PayPal and POS.

The company reserves the right to collect card details to process the order, without misusing them. Our website has an SSL certificate that guarantees secure purchases.

Value Added Tax

All products are subject to VAT, except those destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, where the corresponding taxes apply according to regulations.

Transfer of risk and ownership

The risk of the products passes to the buyer at the time of delivery. Ownership passes to the buyer upon full payment or upon delivery, whichever is later.
